I was kind of in a hurry and didn’t feel like digging around, but the site was easy to navigate and I found what I needed quickly.

The exchange was quick and went through with zero issues, which feels weirdly rare these days. Like, why can’t more things be this simple? No back-and-forth, no random delays, no confusing steps — just done. Happy with the whole experience.

The coupon code did end up working after a few tries, but the checkout process was annoying. I was close to just leaving and ordering somewhere else, but I stuck with it and finally got the discount.

I usually like browsing The Paper Store when they’re running promos, but i’ve kind of regretted getting too excited about the discounts a few times. Some deals are decent, especially if there’s a shipping offer, but a lot of items still feel pricey even after the sale price. I just wish the coupons applied to more of the things I actually want. Overall, it’s not a bad place to shop, but I’ve learned not to assume every promo is going to be a great deal.
